Narrow Aisle Critical Parts Carriage & Reach Assembly
During a shift, both the reach assembly and the carriage components on a narrow aisle truck go through a tremendous amount of stress. The high durability of these parts is completely essential so as to make sure that the truck maintains high productivity levels. Yale reach mechanisms are specially designed utilizing heavy-duty parts so as to extend long life and total durability of the components. For more durability, at the end of the stroke, the reach assembly is cushioned. This design feature helps to provide excellent durability and maintain operator ergonomics. Reach Assembly Rear Carrier:
To be able to force durability and rigidity by resisting side to side forces, the reach assembly rear carrier is mounted on angled load rollers. The inner frame assembly provides an inner frame that is stronger. This design is made to withstand shocks and vibration during load handling.
